Allstar Cooling and Heating Inc. stands behind the quality of our work and the HVAC systems we install.
New HVAC System Installations
During this warranty period, Allstar Cooling and Heating Inc. will repair defects determined to be the direct result of our installation workmanship at no charge to the original customer.

Allstar Cooling and Heating Inc. does not extend, modify, or replace a manufacturer's warranty.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, labor associated with diagnosing, removing, replacing, or reinstalling a manufacturer-warranted component after the All Star workmanship/labor warranty has expired is not included.

System Design & Sizing
When Allstar Cooling and Heating Inc. is responsible for HVAC system design and equipment sizing, equipment is selected using recognized industry standards and applicable load-calculation methods.
Comfort can be affected by factors outside the HVAC system itself, including building construction, insulation, air sealing, windows, doors, orientation, occupancy, thermostat settings, and modifications made to the structure after installation.
No specific room temperature, temperature differential between rooms, energy consumption, or utility cost is guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Access to Equipment
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to HVAC equipment and components requiring inspection, service, or warranty repair.
Allstar Cooling and Heating Inc. is not responsible for removing or replacing drywall, paint, flooring, cabinetry, landscaping, concrete, personal property, or other building materials necessary to access HVAC equipment unless specifically included in the original scope of work.
Warranty Service
Warranty concerns must be reported to Allstar Cooling and Heating Inc. within the applicable warranty period.
All Star must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct any alleged workmanship defect before another contractor performs repairs.
Work performed by another contractor without prior authorization from All Star may not be reimbursed and may void warranty coverage related to that repair.
Transferability
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the Allstar Cooling and Heating Inc. workmanship warranty applies to the original customer/property owner and is not transferable.
Limitation
This warranty covers correction of qualifying workmanship defects only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Allstar Cooling and Heating Inc. is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, lost income, temporary lodging, property damage, or other costs resulting from equipment failure or conditions outside the company's control.
Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer's individual terms and conditions.
